With 25+ years in Human Resources and Business Operations, Jennifer Higgins has helped organizations run smoother, smarter, and stronger — from leading as HR Director and COO to guiding Astrion’s Air Force HR Division. She’s not your average HR pro; she’s a people champion who turns compliance headaches into “we’ve got this” moments and builds cultures where teams thrive.

Her experience includes seven years as a consultant for businesses, colleges, and conferences, specializing in professional development and leadership coaching. Jennifer holds dual degrees in HR Management and Business Administration and earned a certification in Employee Retention in 2013.

​

When she’s not helping businesses thrive, she’s cheering on her daughter’s dance team, volunteering in her community, or dreaming up her next boutique-inspired HR idea on Florida’s Emerald Coast.
